SsCustoms Refunds & Returns Policy

1. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR PRIORITY

At SsCustoms, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We provide refunds and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the terms set out in this Policy.

Any additional benefits outlined in this Policy apply in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and do not limit or exclude those rights.

We encourage you to read this Policy before making a purchase so you understand your rights, as well as what to expect from us if there is an issue with your order.

2. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including:

  • Ordering the wrong item
  • No longer needing the product
  • Finding the same item cheaper elsewhere

Discretionary Change of Mind Returns

Where SsCustoms agrees to accept a change of mind return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened and in original condition
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

Approval is at SsCustoms’ discretion.

3. MADE TO ORDER & CUSTOM PRODUCTS (INCLUDING PRO BLOCK KITS)

Some SsCustoms products, including Pro Block Kits, are custom made to order.

For these products:

  • Change of mind refunds are not available
  • If returned unused and in resellable condition, store credit only will be issued
  • Store credit is issued after the item is received and inspected
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

4. DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us as soon as possible
  2. Retain the item and all original packaging
  3. Notify us within 30 days of delivery

Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with ACL.

5. FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If a product is faulty:

  • Contact us with details and supporting photos where possible and we will assess the issue

Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the fault.

6. EXCLUSIONS

We may refuse a return or refund where:

  • The product has been misused, modified, incorrectly installed, or damaged through negligence
  • The issue does not constitute a fault under Australian Consumer Law

7. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged
  • Where a return is approved under ACL, reasonable return shipping costs will be reimbursed

8. PROCESSING TIME

Approved refunds or replacements are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

9. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To request a return:

  1. Contact SsCustoms using the details below
  2. Provide proof of purchase
  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
  4. Identification may be requested for verification

10. UNCLAIMED PARCELS

If a parcel is returned to us as unclaimed:

  • We will attempt to contact you using your provided contact details
  • After 6 months with no response, the parcel will be deemed unclaimed
  • Re-delivery shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility
