USPS Policy

USPS Tracking App: For international shipments, we rely on USPS (United States Postal Service) for delivery. In case you are not available to collect your parcel at the time of delivery, we recommend downloading the USPS Tracking App. This app will provide real-time updates on the whereabouts of your parcel and allow you to make necessary arrangements for collection or re-delivery.

Matching Email Address: To ensure seamless tracking of your parcel, it is essential that the email address provided during checkout matches the email address you use to access the USPS Tracking App. Any discrepancies may result in difficulty tracking your shipment.

Delivery Attempts: If you are not available to collect your parcel during the initial delivery attempt, USPS will usually make subsequent attempts or leave a notification for pickup at your local post office. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package or to make arrangements for collection.

Customs and Duties: Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Unclaimed Parcels: If your parcel has been sent to the correct address provided and has been deemed unclaimed upon delivery attempts, resulting in the parcel being returned to us, we are happy to re-send the package. However, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. Please ensure that the address provided is accurate and up-to-date to avoid any inconvenience or additional shipping charges so delivery can be successful.
